HudsonAlpha Tech Challenge 2024-2025
An annual hackathon event for high school and college students and professionals.
Each year, I was responsible for establishing a theme and branding for the event that would capture the attention of the target audience while standing out among other similar events. I was also responsible for all design work including: flyers, social media posts and ads, email marketing graphics, merch designs, billboards, rolling slides and media wall graphics. Many digital graphics would also include animation.
I worked on this event from 2023-2025 and each year saw the highest attendance numbers since 2020.

HudsonAlpha Spring Benefit 2025
An annual fundraising event to raising money for a scientific research cause. For 2025, this was brain health research.
I was responsible for establishing branding that would coincide with the research theme while feeling elegant and modern. I was also responsible for all design work including: sponsorship prospectus, web graphics, email marketing graphics, invitation suite, event program, event signage, rolling slides, Classy (GoFundMe fundraising) graphics. I also animated part of a video for the end of the event that preceded the donation ask.
I've worked on many fundraising events for HudsonAlpha of the same caliber requiring much of the same types of graphics and working with many sponsor logos.
